Kelley Wright's Schedule
Investors love to look at numbers because this helps them identify value, right? Well, what if the numbers are wrong? Quarterly and annual stock reports are prepared from accounting data, because that’s what is required by regulators. Accounting data, also known as GAAP, wasn’t designed for the stock market though, it was designed for the bond market. Stocks and bonds are entirely different: one reflects equity (ownership), and the other debt. You don’t use a screwdriver to tighten a bolt; tools work best on what they are designed for.
In this workshop, Kelley Wright will show how the IQ Trends method identifies good present value from a rigorous quality screen, repetitive dividend yield boundaries, and cash flow measures that cannot be fudged by accounting sleight of hand.
